“I have been humbly serving the citizens of Altoona as a City Councilman since 2008. Now serving in my third term on City Council, I am passionate about helping to provide the highest quality of life to our residents. Altoona is a perfect community in which to live, work, play, and raise a family. Our City combines the opportunities of a larger community such as education, healthcare, arts, and recreation, with a small town atmosphere where we know our neighbors.
I live in the Juniata section of Altoona with my wife and three sons. I have worked full time at Penn State University since 2007 as the Manager of Custodial Operations. As an extension of my responsibilities for City Council, I am a Board Member of the Central Blair Recreation Commission (CBRC) and the Intermunicipal Relations Committee (IRC). I have been a Committee Member of the Blair County Republican Party since 2007. Outside of work, I am an Elder and Board Member at First Church of Christ, and I coach Little League Baseball for my son’s team in the AABA. I also enjoy experiencing Central PA’s beautiful outdoors by participating in activities such as hiking, biking, and kayaking.”
