HOUSING REHABILITATION

The City of Altoona is accepting applications for housing rehabilitation assistance for income eligible

 homeowners. Loans of 0%-3% interest will be made available to owner-occupied units located within the City of Altoona. Interest rates are determined by total annual household income.
