NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) will hold a Public Hearing to hear testimony presented on behalf of the City of Altoona with respect to the request for a determination of municipal financial distress filed by the City pursuant to the Municipalities Financial Recovery Act, Act 47 of 1987 as amended.
