Housing Rehab Assistance

The City of Altoona is accepting applicants

for the Direct Loan Program. The Program provides housing rehabilitation assistance for income eligible homeowners.

Loans of 0% interest will be made available

to owner-occupied units located within the City of Altoona.

Income limits vary according to family size.

The Program is administered by the City of Altoona Department of Planning

and Community Development an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider.
