PURPOSE:
Three (3) member Committee, with (1) alternate member, appointed by City Council, for a term of three (3) years with initial terms being staggered. *No residency requirement.
Said Committee is empowered to make recommendations only. City Council will be the authorizing agent for any official action to be taken with regard to said Goodman Trust.
ENABLING LEGISLATION:
This Committee was established by Resolution #0442-90, adopted November 28, 1990. Alternate position added by Resolution #0050-01, adopted February 28, 2001.
