Note that apartment buildings with three or more units, family housing, fraternities, and sororities are not regulated or addressed by Ordinance #5588, and are thus not shown on the map.

Anyone wishing to establish a new student home must contact the City Zoning Officer at (814) 949-2470 to apply for a special exception before the Zoning Hearing Board. Likewise, any student rental homes operating illegally may be reported to the City Zoning Officer.
