MISSION STATEMENT:

 

We are working to provide safe, clean, and healthy waterways for the Citizens of Altoona and our Visitors.

 

We are realizing this goal by maximizing the quality of stormwater while reducing the quantity of stormwater. Using education, outreach, community involvement, volunteers, and enforcing our City’s Ordinances that provide for and protect our watersheds.
