Unresolved Property Maintenance Violations with Summary Citations Issued
City of Altoona, Pennsylvania
 
The City of Altoona conducts routine property maintenance inspections of all property located in the City. If a violation is found, a Violation Notice is issued to the property owner. If violations are not corrected within the given timeframe, the City may issue a Summary Citation at the District Magistrate.
