CITY OF ALTOONA
The City of Altoona will consider the following amendment to the 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program at the City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, June 12, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Altoona Training Facilities and Council Chambers 1320 Washington Avenue, Altoona, PA 16601.
The purpose of this notice is to inform the public and invite comments or questions on the proposed amendments. Comments or questions should be received by the City Community Development Department, 1301 12th Street, Suite 400, Altoona PA 16601, no later than Monday, May 29, 2023. The City will consider all communications and, if appropriate, modify, delay or reject the proposed amendments.

| Emergency Homeowner Roof Replacement | Owner occupied, low-moderate income homeowners that require emergency roof replacement in the City of Altoona. Assistance will be provided to homeowners as 0% interest, deferred loans to be forgiven at a rate of 25% a year over four years.
