TRICK - OR - TREAT NIGHT WILL BE HELD THURSDAY,
OCTOBER 31ST FROM 6 P.M. TO 8 P.M. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ALTOONA. 

THOSE LIVING OUTSIDE OF THE CITY LIMITS SHOULD CHECK WITH THEIR MUNICIPALITIES FOR TRICK - OR - TREAT DATES AND TIMES.
