Needs In The Community Survey: The City of Altoona is conducting a confidential survey to identify needs in the community. The survey will also identify views on how residents feel HUD Program funds should be spent, and fair housing concerns, such as acts of discrimination or barriers which may limit the housing choices of families and individuals. The Veterans Day Parade is hosted by the Blair County War Veterans Council.

The Parade starts at 8th Avenue & 17th Street to 12th Avenue to 12th Street to 11th Avenue and 16th Street

A Ceremony will follow at Robert E. Laws Veterans Mall - 11th Avenue & 14th Street
