The City of Altoona is working to provide safe, clean, and healthy waterways for the citizens of Altoona and our visitors.

The goal is to maximize the quality of stormwater, while reducing the quantity of stormwater. We are striving to achieve our goal through education, outreach, community involvement, volunteers, and regulations in the City's Stormwater Ordinance that provide for ways to improve and protect our watersheds.
