The City of Altoona is home to parks, recreation facilities/community centers, tennis courts, one pickleball court, one swimming pool and one spray park. The maintenance and funding of these facilities is a combined effort of Central Blair Recreation and Parks Commission (CBRC), the City of Altoona, the Altoona Area School District, and Logan Township.
