The City of Altoona is sponsoring a festive evening entitled, "Glow-Up Night" in Downtown Altoona as a kick off to the holiday season and the Spirit of Christmas Parade.
Join us for an evening of music, singing, movies, fun for the kids, hot cocoa and tasty treats - topped off by the Christmas tree lighting and fireworks!
The downtown businesses will display their window decorations and we invite all to check them out and to patronize our downtown businesses.
