The City of Altoona is sponsoring a festive evening entitled, "Glow-Up Night" in Downtown Altoona's Heritage Plaza, as a kick-off to the holiday season and the Spirit of Christmas Parade.
Join us for an evening of festive music, singing, hot cocoa and tasty treats and food and merch vendors - topped off by the Christmas tree lighting!
We invite everyone to come to Heritage Plaza and to also check out our downtown businesses.
