Blair County War Veterans Council & City of Altoona Memorial Day Parade in Downtown Altoona forms at 10:00 a.m. and steps off at 10:30 a.m. from 8th Ave & 17th Street, to 12th Avenue to 12th Street to 11th Avenue to Robert E. Laws Veteran's Mall. A ceremony will be held in the mall following the parade.
