NOTICE is hereby given: Altoona City Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Room, 4th Floor of Altoona City Hall, 1301 12th St, Altoona, PA, for the sole purpose of voting on the appointment of a council member to fill the unexpired term of Joe Carper.
