Report an Abandoned Vehicle on Public Streets

According to the PA Motor Vehicle Code – Motor vehicles on the street must be licensed and registered and in no state of disrepair.

The City of Altoona is required to provide notice and a period of time for the vehicle owner to remove the vehicle.
