Welcome to Altoona Public Access Television

Altoona Public Access Television, Channel 13 and Channel 14 or Channel 9001 and 9002, on Breezeline Cable Television, is dedicated to providing the City of Altoona and the surrounding viewing area with access to community government affairs, community events and educational programming.
