Homebuyer Seminar

The City of Altoona and Mayor Pacifico are pleased to partner with First Commonwealth Bank to present an informative Homebuyer Seminar.  The Seminar will include tips to make the homebuying process easy and affordable as well as 
representatives from banks, PHFA, local realtors, home inspectors, insurance and mortgage folks, and others.

Topics covered will include: 

• Steps to buying your first home
• Mortgage options and pre-approvals
• Down payment assistance programs
• Current housing market insights
• What to expect from contract to closing

TLC  Child Care will provide childcare and activities during the seminar.
