According to the PA Motor Vehicle Code – Motor vehicles on the street must be licensed and registered and in no state of disrepair. Please provide the location and a description of the vehicle.
The City of Altoona is required to provide notice and a period of time for the vehicle owner to remove the vehicle.

According to the International Property Maintenance Code - Motor vehicles on private property shall not be unlicensed or inoperative or in a state of major disassembly, disrepair or in the process of being stripped or dismantled.
